SUNDAY BRUNCH PLACES IN San Antonio
The weekend is the perfect time to gather with your family and/or friends and grab a bite along with some mimosas. After all, brunch is a socially acceptable excuse for day drinking.
Here are a few local restaurants in San Antonio that offer a delicious brunch menu during the weekend!
1. Aldaco's Dominion
Aldaco's Dominion offers a Mexican traditional, cantina-style dining experience where you can get anything from traditional chicken enchiladas to Original Pastel Tres Leches. Their brunch menu offers a mix between chiles rellenos, chilaquiles, migas, huevos rancheros + MORE!!! Mimosas are only $4 & Bloody Mary's for $8 (Sat & Sun 10:30am-3pm).
2. Botika
The Pearl is the perfect location for brunch on a Sunday afternoon. That being said, Botika at The Pearl is the perfect venue to create memories with your friends, family, and colleagues. Here you will find flavors and influences from Asia and South America. Not your usual type of brunch, but we guarantee you it'll be just as good (or maybe even better?) than a traditional brunch menu!
3. Mimosa Restaurant and Lounge
Talk about french cuisine and fine dining! Mimosa is all about starched table cloths, golden linen napkins, and a nice selection of French and Napa wines. You can enjoy your brunch outside on the patio by the fountain or in a relaxing lounge at the bar in one of their huge sofas. At Mimosa you will find a wide selection of Egg Benedict + more!
4. Peggy's on the Green
Peggy's on the Green is a restored 19th century dining room " to savor contemporary interpretations of Southern heritage foods and classic American dishes." Their menu is influenced by area farms and the affinity of beef and mesquite smoke that is the soul of Hill Country.
5. Tribeca 212
At Tribeca you can find a menu full of modern Mediterranean food with a European flair. From soups & salads, to pizzas, to omelettes & pancakes, you will find savory entrees to satisfy your brunch cravings! Don't forget about those Bloody Mary's and Mimosas.
San Antonio is full of delicious restaurants that offer all kinds of food so don't limit yourself to the same brunch spot you go to every weekend. Try out something new and who knows? Maybe you'll end up finding a new favorite brunch spot!
