4 Cozy Fall Drink Recipes

It's Fall season, and that means staying warm!! Here are a couple of Fall inspired recipes great for cozy nights in. 



PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE

Ingredients


2 tablespoons pumpkin puree 

¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 

1 to 2 tablespoons sugar (or more if you want it sweeter) 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

2 cups milk 

½ cup brewed coffee or espresso 

Whipped cream and eztra pumpkin spice (for topping) 


Directions:

 

  •  In a small saucepan on the stove over medium heat, melt pumpkin puree with pumpkin pie spice for a few minutes. Stir in sugar.  

  •  Add milk and vanilla extract and whisk mixture together until warm, not boiling. 

  •  Blend milk with a frother or hand blender until frothy. Pour the sweetened pumpkin milk mixture over coffee. You can adjust more or less coffee depending on how strong you would like the flavor.  

  • Top with whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice, if desired. Enjoy! 

 

 


CRANBERRY ORANGE CIDER

Ingredients


2 cups Cranberry apple juice 

1 cup Orange juice 

Cinnamon stick 

Orange slices 

1 tablespoon Honey 

 



  • Add cranberry apple juice, orange juice, cinnamon stick, and orange slices to a saucepan over medium high heat.  

  • Bring it to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and let simmer for 5 minutes 

  • Remove orange slices and cinnamon stick 

  • Stir in honey 

  • Serve warm and garnish with more oranges slices and cinnamon sticks (optional) 

 



CIDER AND MAPLE OLD FASHIONED

5 oz bourbon 

1 oz pure maple syrup 

1 oz apple cider 

4-6 dashes of orange bitters 

Cinnamon sticks to garnish 

 

  • To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the bourbon, pure maple syrup, apple cider, and orange bitters.

  • Shake to combine. 

  • Strain into two rocks glasses filled with ice and then garnish each with a cinnamon stick. 

  • Enjoy!
