Let's be honest, the idea of buying or selling a home can be exciting, but often times it can be an intimidating and overwhelming process. This is why a lot of people make the decision to hire a real estate professional, someone to take care of the hard work and help ensure your experience buying or selling a home is a good one. Now, not all Realtors are the same it's always a great idea to ask them questions not only to make sure you are comfortable working with them but also ensure that your inexperience doesn't end up costing you money, and a headache.  Here are a few questions you should ask your Realtor.

1. How long have you been in the business?

2. Will I be working with your team or you personally? 

3. What areas do you primarily service? 

4. Why did you get into real estate? 

5. How do your fees work? 

6. What sets you apart from other agents?

7. How will we communicate? 

8. After hearing my needs, what do you feel is the best strategy going forward? Pros/Cons of strategy?
