Now, not all Realtors are the same it's always a great idea to ask them questions not only to make sure you are comfortable working with them but also ensure that your inexperience doesn't end up costing you money, and a headache.  Here are a few questions you should ask your Realtor.

2. Will I be working with your team or you personally? 

3. What areas do you primarily service? 

4. Why did you get into real estate? 

5. How do your fees work? 

6. What sets you apart from other agents?

7. How will we communicate? 

8. After hearing my needs, what do you feel is the best strategy going forward? Pros/Cons of strategy?
